Homeless invasion going on all over south Waterfront Park:
Shopping cart squatters behind semicircular wall, man, woman and dog. White guy on a Harley living under the trees and using park for parking and promenade as roadway. Shopping cart squatters, man , woman and maybe an infant next to the cannons. White double decker van parked southbound MIW @ curb for over 48 hrs, animal bowls etc. on sidewalk. Tent/ tents erected on sidewalk promenade @ end of park. Reported to 911 as requested by VPD Community Service.

This motorcyclist is part of a homeless party squatting behind the semicircular wall @ south waterfront park, MIW @ Maine. They are staging their homeless cart @ the drive way to ferry parking, on Maine St., during the day. tonight they are hunkered down behind the wall, cart and all. 911 called as Community Service Officer requested.

Homeless in rust colored van with expired tags now doing sidewalk squatting impeding sidewalk and pedestrian path to waterfront with bbq, bikes, animal bowls etc. Reported by others yesterday: haven’t moved in 24+ hrs. Just south of Maine @ MIW, southbound.

This group has been day and night camping @ south waterfront, in 2hr daytime parking, along southbound curb on MIW @ Maine.

Homeless are tent camping in south waterfront park. Two adults moved in Tuesday afternoon with bikes, carts and dog.

White male living in south waterfront park, just south of Maine near the cannons x 48+ hrs with no indications of moving. Now joined by the guy in the white camper w/ the yellow and rust stripes as well as two off leash German Shepard dogs.

The Laze Daze RV is still parked @ the bottom of the Butte Street stairs. First reported beginning of May. Why is it still there? Are they still living in it?

Encampment getting reestablished @ south waterfront. An orange and gray tent erected on concrete behind semicircular wall. Unattended grocery carts with personal belongings stashed behind Marina Vista Dental.

RV parked for almost a week in time limited lot, Marina Dental lot,south end. People living in it. It has been ticketed @ least twice.

Just starting ( about one hr ago) Impromptu yard sale @ Independence Park, just south of the cannon. Tank tops (hung between trees),plant arrangements (displayed on the ground). When asked if they were doing laundry or having a yard sale, white female replied: yard sale. She has a young black male assisting her. Called VPD dispatch who said: they’ll send someone.

Arrived last night: Marina Vista Dental parking lot. No back plate, :. No tags.
