This issue has been reported to VPD and the online service and it still has not been addressed for a YEAR now. Please address the weeds and inoperative vehicle. THIS IS A QUALITY OF LIFE ISSUE. It is terrible looking and bringing our neighborhood down!

The HomeOwner refuses to fix thier Section 8 property. The only way you can get the threatening tenants to clean up the landscape is by notifying Code Enforcement. I believe this will now be the 5 case. Even Neighborhoid Watch has notified Code Enforcement and we are still dealing with this promblem house. THIS IS A QUALITY OF LIFE ISSUE. The house needs repair and paint. The house numbers are falling off and the garage is literally being held together by wood pieces. Please address this issue. We are done being harassed for doing the right thing for the neighborhood.

What is going on City of Vallejo? This looks terrible and the Property Owners need to be held responsible. This needs to be addressed immediately.

Trash Cans continue to be in view. Old Tire and trash on property.

Yardwaste left on lawn in burlap for 3 weeks now. Tenants finally cut weeds down but left all the yardwaste on the front lawn for everyone to look at now.

Trash cans in view, exterior maintenance required, shrubs 5ft tall, trash, drug activity.

Tenants constantly dump thier garbage and furniture on the front lawn. We have asked them to clean it up and have contacted WayPoint Property Mngmt. but they refuse to address the situation.
