Home is in Desperate Need of Repair Archived100 Roleen Court Vallejo, CA - VallejoThe HomeOwner refuses to fix thier Section 8 property. The only way you can get the threatening tenants to clean up the landscape is by notifying Code Enforcement. I believe this will now be the 5 case. Even Neighborhoid Watch has notified Code Enforcement and we are still dealing with this promblem house. THIS IS A QUALITY OF LIFE ISSUE. The house needs repair and paint. The house numbers are falling off and the garage is literally being held together by wood pieces. Please address this issue. We are done being harassed for doing the right thing for the neighborhood.
