Ticket #1605066. Once a request is entered into the system the building should be inspected within 10 business days and if appropriate violations will be issued after it is inspected.
The owner usually has up to 30 days to comply with violations. Thereafter, up to 3 reinspections may be conducted to ensure violations were complied or resolved. If not complied at last inspection, the property will be referred to court for a judgment demanding the owner to resolve the problems. In a rare case where the owner has been removed from the property by city agencies, coordinated efforts will be made to correct the outstanding violations.
Thank you. (mb)
