Too say this is appalling is an understatement!!! There is a HORRIBLE amount of filth and debris scattered DANGEROUSLY about. What makes this even worse, is that this illegal encampment is adjacent to Patterson Elementary School!!!
This encampment just moved over from the Cal Maritime overpass exit.
The city should be ashamed to allow this to happen, period!!
