This white SUV almost run over my kid at Carquinez park while he was playing. The owner of this car drives in the park and park his car on the middle of the park. This is very dangerous specially for kids that are playing in the park. You don’t expect a car to drive at full speed when you are in a park. They live in the car sometimes they park on the other side of the carquinez park on highway 29 where they have their encampment. I found this very dangerous specially because their encampment is so close to a school and in a park where kids play all the time. Thank you
