Description

The over grown tree at our side walk have raise a huge chunk of cement off the ground. Now it is so high it has be come unsafe. In the picture you a black cement on the left and that was pave back in 2008. There had been a lot of people tripping over this at night and some one had twisted their ankle a while back when he walking here at night. Now every one who walk by my side walk completely avoid it and just walk in the side of the street where people part their car. This is very unsafe since most of those people are kids walking between home and school.
