Description

The Stonebridge condo building has an HVAC unit on the ground that emits a VERY loud buzz 24-7. I just measured 100+ decibels from the sidewalk and 80+ decibels from my unit down the block a couple hundred feet away. Is it broken, or what? Really wrecks quality of life.
