Thanks for reporting! Shopping carts are the property of the store/business. Many stores have a service that will pickup the carts for them and deliver them back to the business. Because we have one employee who picks up illegal dumping, we don't have the resources to store or pick-up and drop-off carts at their respective business. We are looking into a solution to help in this matter, but for now our suggestion is to call the business that owns the cart and alert them to the location of the cart. There is no markings on the cart so it is illegal dumping. Can we just remove it!
