Description

Loud party. Very thoughtless, people out on sidewalk. I am at Bergwall and Delwood, they are 3 houses down from me, all our doors and windows are closed and the music is pounding in to our house. I am 59 my husband just had spine surgery. I don't feel comfortable going there and asking them to turn the music down. Is there anything that can be done?
