We went through problems with this same space last year. Its one block from where i live. City cleaned one wall only. What the hell is wrong with this city. It's like living in a 3rd world country. Every street, every block is defaced by people who care nothing about the quality of life here. We can do better.

Thanks! Looks much better. Just checking, as I see the retaining wall was addressed, but not the orange safety barriers or the exterior wall of the shopping center. How might I request those be painted over?
