There is a white trailer the name of the trailer is Silver Eagle with license plate# 1JU7628 30ft long. It is parked on the st on 22nd at the corner of brush and there is a green van that belongs to them and it is parked right directly in front of the trailer and they park a black pontiac is parked up on the sidewalk in the trailer and the fence there is a preschool there and all their vehicles are blocking the area where the kids play and they can see all this going on. They are living out of the trailer. They put debris in bags and lean it up against the fence and there is debris underneath trailer. You can see human feces over in that area. They maybe dumping the trailer right directly across the street. The street sweeper has not been able to clean that area for 2 months.
