The property was inspected multiple times at different hours of the morning and early afternoon, no signs of a business being operated on-site were found. Research with the Business License Office found no present listing for a business being ran out of the home.
What evidence do you have that a business is in operation? Has the owner provided you business cards or flyers detailing this information? Have you found advertisements online that we have not been able to locate?
The property owner is within his rights to utilize his garage and his driveway for the continuation of his hobby (woodworking). There is no requirement that he confine this activity to the inside of a closed garage. Without evidence he is operating a business, he would only have to abide by noise regulations.
