-Buy the old Kmart property.
- build 12 foot privacy fence around it.
- consolidate most of the homeless from around town there
-Allow RV and vehicle parking
-Allow tents
-maintain 10-15 Porta Potties in the property
-Build outdoor shower with running water
-Provide dumpsters and trash cans
-have on-site supervision, minimal rules except keep their area clean and treat others with respect.
