Description
Motorists do not stop at 4-way stop sign at this intersection. Some times they roll through it, other times, drive through at full speed. There are many small children, pedestrians, and soon school children in this area and it is very dangerous when the stop sign is ignored.

There's a playground and water spray fountain located at this intersection.
Seems like a great revenue generator for some cops. Fish in a barrel.
