Description

All the trash and debris just moved across the street from jefferson square park, and is now blocking that sidewalk. On the side of the church.

The city cleaning crew gave the hoarders the option to keep all their trash and junk, as long as they just move it across the street, which is now blocking the sidewalk and looks even worse.
