  So in case no one, uh, noticed, its been raining. So, just like you, these people, altho they are out in the cold, and you are safe in your home, ...they are trying to find shelter.

  Tao, it only started raining in the last week. So what will you say by the summer time, when there are several tents in the children's play area, that has been there for the last 2+years?
  You're making excuses.These people obviously are turning away help, there are tough sheds nearby, they need an assigned social worker to help them. Leaving them to live in tent is not the way. Parks and especially the children's play area is for the children and for the public to use also and to enjoy. Trash, appliances, feces, Broken glass from bottles and crack pipes shouldn't be okay with you, foolio.

  Homeless encampent is obviously in jefferson square park, blocking children from playing or using the children's playground.
