All parking signs are missing from L Street NE between 4th Street NE and 5th Street NE. There used to be at least one residential parking sign on this block, but it fell and has been removed but not been replaced. This block now fills up with out of state vehicles every single day, and they park on the block overnight without ROSA and without residential parking. Please replace residential parking signs (Zone 6) on this block! Residents want their parking back.
