Please move this bum along and discard of this debris.
This is obstructing the sidewalk and posing a threat to the public. People have to walk to the street to get around and disabled people can’t get by at all. It is also a danger to children in the area.
Panhandling, harassment and vehicle break in are a problem in this area particularly in the Nations parking lot and the ally that runs beside it.
