Code Officer B Maher addressed these issues on 6/21/18 & found the following: "I am unable to verify if any of the vehicles on the property have tags or not because they are all backed in. As for the trailer it is parked to code, 7 feet from the property line. I did issue a correction notice for the shutters being closed on the property, bearing case #103931.". I'm not a professional compliance officer or anything, but have you tried actually knocking on the door and talking to the homeowner? I know that might require getting out of the A/c, but the results might be worth the effort.
