Don't feel bad. The one in the East SHore Park has been empty for months also! I buy my own by the thousands form the Mutt Mitt Company. Don't hold your breath waiting for it to be filled.

People do that at the Fort Hale dog park too. The point is, if there is money for ID cards for ILLEGALS, then why not POOP BAGS for the legally registered dogs?

Please try to stay on topic. We're here to discuss an issue in the hope of finding a solution. There are plenty of sites where you can write about unrelated topics like the one you mentioned. Bringing those topics up here only detracts from what we're trying to do.
