I don't mean to be snarky, I realize this looks unsightly. Other than that I dont understand why this is a reportable issue. Won't all that garbage get collected on the scheduled garbage pick up day? Just curious.

I think they probably reported it because this dumpster is always overflowing and doesn't get picked up frequently enough. I've seen this particular problem almost every week when I go by.

Also, blowing and scattered trash is a problem. There is a reason refuse should be bagged and placed inside a container.
