Description

This commercial buildings has been vacant for over a year. It's a real eyesore. There is graffiti on the pane windows plus one of the windows is now broken. it's a real blight on the whole block. Owner should clean up front and at least cover the windows. What kind of property owners are these that let the property just go to the dogs.
