Its not within Belvedere. Best access is a gate at the end of April Court. I am sending a satellite shot with the gazebo circled in blue.

Thank you. I inquired with GVRD if this is their jurisdiction, as it not maintained by the City of Vallejo. I will update this post with GVRD's response.
