Description

There are no clear sidewalks thru the underpass all the way to Home Depot. Pedestrians have to walk in the street because they can't walk on sidewalks. I will also send this the the City of Oakland City Adminstration because this is dangerous because you can no longer walk on the sidewalks on the side the street between the Underpass and Home Depot. That's how dumped, filthy and blocked they are.
