Camper parked here with strange car has appeared and become homeless encament. Endless stream of drug dealers and prostitutes. Needles everywhere. At least 6 cars broken into in area since this encampment appeared. People come and go apparently to buy drugs. Why not just put out a sign? This is a clear danger to everyone here, along with the filth and refuse that piles up.
