Well that information is very useful, however, I will NOT be picking up any syringes and taking them to these disposal centers. I am simply reporting it so that SOMEONE else can do that.
I can only assume that somebody from the city has picked up this syringe. I have not picked it up and have not been back in that neighborhood to see if it has been picked up. I just assumed that the city would jump on this very dangerous situation right away, in the hopes that some child would not pick this dangerous syringe up and start playing with it.
