What steps do we take when its a private property, contact the owner? If so who do we contact to get the owner involved?

When it is private property or private road such as this, it can be handled a couple of ways. First, because of it being a private road, is there a neighborhood group that you know of that make decisions regarding any alterations to the road like repairs, or meet regarding funding for such a thing? If this does not exist, then City of Vallejo Code Enforcement division might be able to help. They can be reached at 707-553-7290. I hope this helps.

Thank you for that information. There is no neighborhood group, of any sorts, for Ifland Way.
