Description

This is a chronic problem at 1190, 1173 and 1183 Quinnipiac Ave. Tonight is Monday and trash gets picked up on Thursday nights and the ordinance clearly states that bins must be brought in within 12 hours. This is now 4 days. All 3 properties are absentee owners and this happens every week.
