Update from Community Services: the address given for this location, 900-998 US-19 Alt, is incorrect. The image looks to be taken of a depression on Calla Terr N, which is behind the property with the address 847 3rd Ave N. There is a work order requesting that the Pavement Maintenance Department level the bricks in the alley at that address - we have sent a request for a status update to that department, however the work order is active and in their queue, and should be addressed just as soon as any work orders before it are completed.
