Description

All of San Leandro Street from fruitvale to just passed the tunnel into San Leandro the city proper is a long time neglected area for potholes, burned out vehicles, dumped refuse and homeless camps. The entire Street needs attention for years now. These potholes are for sure big enough to destroy people's tires and cause major issues every day.
