Description

This area is bordering the Dover beach park near the Middletown Avenue bridge where I 91 crosses over front street. This encampment has been here for months and various people have been notified. Some of us neighbors are working with URI to rehab the area with native plants. This encampment is producing much trash and we are also not feeling safe to enter the area to garden. We want this encampment removed. Additionally, a lot of debris is generated by this encampment. And right along the river there is more and more trash.
