A. Section of the road was dug up to be worked on. The workers filled it back with the debris they dug up and did not re pave the area that spans the whole width of the road. This is a bike boulevard and is a significant hazard to bikers as the fill is unstable, raised, and difficult to see. This is also a cosmetic issue as the roadway looks in disrepair now.
