THIS! The alley between 28th and 27th street is used by several families and it needs to be addressed completely. They only added dirt to become either dust or mud and graded the section that runs parallel to Reid Ave. There are still several potholes and now tire tracks instead of adding the layer of gravel that everyone in this area has been requesting for over a year.
