Description

This black ford pickup has been abandoned for months no one lives there people just throw their trash in and on it and it has been piling up since no can walk by it it smells like rotten meat and urine. It’s unsanitary and a health hazard. The front license plate is falling apart so I gor the numbers that can be seen.
