Description

I have reported this huge pothole on the corner of Rockland and Caldwell Street. This pothole has been reported several times and has been totally ignored. The water collects here and when the street sweepers pass all of the trash and debris is pushed into the hole. It creates a massive muddy puddle and we are unable to use this curb. The water sits here and becomes stagnant.
