Description

abandoned vehicle up on jack stands. appears to be leaking latex paint and oil from somewhere on the truck all over the roadway and a main sewer drain is within a couple feet of where it's parked.. Both jugs of white latex paint and what appears to be used motor oil are nearby the vehicle. wheels are jacked up off the ground. havent seen it move now for about a month. please please prioritize this!
