Thank you for reaching out to us with this. Our Pavement Maintenance Supervisor and Asphalt Maintenance Foreman evaluated this location earlier today and found the issue to be a potential failure of the wastwater lines running beneath the road surface. If our team repairs the asphalt without addressing the underlying issue, we'll be having this same conversation within the next 12 months.

Update-our colleagues at Water Resources have inspected the wastewater lines and found no issues. Instead, the depressions have been found to be the result of voids around those line aft the initial repairs were made. We'll fill them and make the necessary repairs to the road surface.

Update-our colleagues have repaired the subsurface voids and we're able to move forward with repairing the asphalt. Thanks so much for your patience!

Road surface unchanged. Issue unresolved.

It’s now Sept and I’ve seen no evidence of any work on the road. Please advise.

Any updates on repair?

Ling-A-Mor Ter S and Edwards Ave S (south of Bethel Ave S) are dedicated easements for ingress/egress and utilities. These are not City maintained streets. Any requested curb or roadway work shall go through the Special Assessment process.
