Thanks for reporting on SeeClickFix! The issues presented here are under the jurisdiction of the Vallejo Police Department (VPD) Community Service Section (CSS). The Code Enforcement Division addresses issues on maintenance of exteriors of private properties and inoperative vehicles on private properties. We have forwarded your complaint to CSS. Keep in mind that when we "close" a See Click Fix issue once we've acknowledged the complaint; however, this issue is not "Closed" per se; it will remain an "Open" case with us until it is corrected. Since this is private property, the City will seek voluntary compliance (of the violations) from the property owner to fix the violation(s). This process may not yield a quick response, but we do our best to work with the property owner to get the violations corrected. Since this is private property, there is due process involved.
