One more thing the tax payers of Vallejo can't enjoy.. now the water ramp has been taken over by floating homes less living full time on the ramp. City of Vallejo please help.

The Harbor Master is responsible for the boat launching area/small watercraft area under 2.68 of the Vallejo Muni Code. They can determine by their map if the area in your photo is outside their controls and who is responsible. 707-648-4370
