Description

Every street light on both sides of Tennesee from Broadway to Marin is not on at night, leaving this heavily trafficked roadway completely in the dark at night, the only light coming from private homes and businesses. Drivers cannot see street signs and more importantly, people who are crossing the road at night. This is a dangerous road for both drivers and pedestrians and someone is going to get injured or killed eventually. This is both a safety and a liability issue for the city.
