Description

This hydrant has leaked for years and has been looked at several times. It has been somewhat better since it was last repaired, but never really stopped leaking entirely. Since about 2 weeks back, however, there's been a significant increase in the amount of water coming out of it. My dog now drinks from the puddle that is forming on the street.
