Traffic lights for West St will not turn green for cycle traffic.

Q. What is the type of signal?
A. Vehicular
Q. Please describe the nature of the issue. (i.e timing, signal head twisted, etc)
A. Traffic light does not ever permit cycle traffic to proceed from West St unless a car shows up to trigger sensors.
