Description

This drug addict has been allowed to live here by Vallejo City Attorney's for over a year. . We were told by city attorney, who happens to be a homeless advocate from San Fransiko, there is nothing legally they can which IS A LIE! These drug addicts sit here and shoot dope all day and nod out from the heroin or fentanyl. I guess they will move them when they OD. AWESOME to see this as you enter Vallejo on the main boulevard, really helps businesses. Oh and now there's another drug addict with a suburban parked with him
