Description

Burger Kings waste contractor, Waste Connections has been picking up trash from the dumpster between 5:00 am and 6:00 am three days a week. The dumpster is in back of our property. We have had this problem previously with another contractor and was told by Pinellas County that the noise ordinance states that are not to pick up before 7:00 am. Can you help us get the matter resolved? I have times they picked up as 7/4 5:55, 7/5 6:05, 7/11 5:32, 7/15 5:40 and 7/19 5:19. Unfortunately, I did not write down the other times.
I appreciate any assistance you can give me on this matter.
