Approx 1.5 years ago, the city chopped down this dead tree (see attached pic). As you can see, the job was never finished. May I kindly ask that you finish chopping down the rest of the tree PLEASE? We would appreciate it be chopped down to the stump, as level as possible with surrounding terrain. Please confirm receipt of this message. THANKS SO VERY MUCH!
