A. There is a public health hazard negatively impacting the community, related to the immense amount of garbage that needs to be cleaned up at the Parkview Apartments located at 1221 N 12th Ave. The trash has accumulated at their black fence as is blowing into the neighborhood of homeowners next door. located at blowing through the neighborhood. The trash issue is can be seen at the fence by Jimmy's Food and wraps along the fence, especially by Building 1201and 1221. The public trash bin in front of Jimmy's is never emptied by the city and also overflows causing insane amounts of trash in the neighborhood. Please send the city to clean up this trash around the public trash bin. Please send the city to ask Parkview Apartments to clean up all of the trash in their lot, that is blowing into adjacent neighborhood. I have seen food, clothing, syringes, condoms, feminine products, etc. This is a grave public health issue, not to mention an eye sore. Thank you.
