Homeless encampment in the field at the cul-de-sac at W. 7th and Sherman. Many homeless frequent this location during the day. Trash is continuing to build up. Needs to be cleaned out. CPD has been doing a great job in this area. These homeless people seem to be new to the area. Thank you
