Description
The stormdrain by Andiamo on 14 Mile & Hollingsworth is clogged with lots of debris. A NATURAL GAS pipeline project is currently being drilled in the area as well - going UNDER the drain, under Andiamos parking lot ?

Yes, this is our 14 miles SOMN project.
I believe the crossing that you are referring to is
a Hydraulic Directional Drill (HDD) that had a
setback from the creek of roughly 300ft.
The setback dig was covered under our SESC permit with the county,
however due to the depth of the HDD an EGLE permit was not required.
These tend to be quite deep ( 75-100ft)
and do not disturb the bed and bank of the creek.
If you have any additional questions
or would like a more detailed response
please do not hesitate to reach out.
This particular crossing is complete.

Nice to know the media plays a great role in Warren UPGRADES
I'll continue to pursue the flow, capacity, efficiency of the open channel drain system.
Was this all on a County level or did Local officials get involved ?
After all , it was public, via the Consumers Energy internet site.
Scroll down towards the bottom of their webpage

Some might call it a flood plain , spill over the banks wet area
Whatever the term, there are few Buildings in the area because of it.
Perhaps with better, improved drainage, property values would go UP, hmmmm ???

""On 6/26/21 Consumers Energy observed the same tree debris that you have photos of and it was identified that the responsible party for the cut trees in response to the storm damage is the Warren RV Storage Facility located behind your photos, Consumers Energy confirmed with a employee there named Jonathan.""
""The Consumers Energy project construction manager, Steve Miller called Paul Fisette of the Macomb County Drain Commission on Monday 6/28/21 to notify the County of our discovery of the trees felled into Big Beaver Drain. Mr. Fisette stated that the stream is not a county drain at that location and it was outside of his jurisdiction. You are welcome to follow up with Mr. Fisette at your convenience. ""
