Description

why has the city of Oakland allowed such large homeless camps in a park where there is a PLAYGROUND?? They place used to be nice where to community could use the area, and now they're is almost no areas in the shade for guest of the park. This place is gross with clothes, tents, furniture and open fires - it needs to be cleaned up by the city!
