Both sets of crosswalks at Brook RunPark Balls Fields need to be restriped.

Please repaint the gore and lane markings in this intersection. They are old and faded and can barely be seen. It is a BAD accident waiting to happen, especially in heavy traffic conditions when drivers don't clear the intersection when turning left onto 285W. Drivers heading south use left turn lane to go straight bc they can't see the gore across the intersection, and those in the correct lane to go straight are squeezed over, needing to slam on brakes to avoid collision. This has been requested by multiple users in the past. It is not a new issue.

There’s a large sink hole developing in the road at the intersection of Kingsglen Ct and Happy Hollow Road.

Ashford Dunwoody Rd south/285 bridge is full of deep and dangerous potholes that GDTO is not fixing. The City of Dunwoody needs to escalate.

Please repair sinking pavement in front of 5174 and 5182 Waterford Drive

This gouge is at 5592 Mill Trace Dr it is a hazard for bikes and pedestrians

There is a pothole on Leisure Drive traveling North toward Delverton Drive just before Leisure Court. It has been there for more than 6 months and it would be great to have it fixed pleased. Thanks so much.

There is a yellow grip pad that has adhesive to concrete come loose on the sidewalk at Womack and Vernon Oaks Dr.

Before the entrance to the Dunwoody Baptist Church school building, there is a pothole that I drove over and immediately put a gash in my tire.
I had to have a tow truck come to change my tire. He took my destroyed tire with him and now I have to pay $500 for my new tire on my Tesla.
